Yes, the government should be allowed to negotiate the costs of ALL goods and services it pays for. Pharmaceutical companies have gotten too greedy and even with the research they are making hands over fist and they shouldn't be allowed to gouge anyone, including the government.

There should be light regulation on the prices to help the people who purchase the drugs and the companies who create and produce the drugs
